I am honored to serve our students, faculty, and staff as principal of Dumont High School. Ours is a school that is rich in tradition, customs, and eager to always be better. As principal, I pledge to uphold and respect these sacred and bonding traditions, to further the educational and professional expectations and wishes of the entire school community, and pursue my personal commitment to offering our students and faculty cutting-edge learning and teaching opportunities as they prepare for life in the 21st century. In short, we aspire to be the ideal high school.
Dumont High School continues to be a comprehensive academic center that serves its students' learning needs and desires. We are proud that over 96% of our students choose to pursue post-secondary educational opportunities. We are also proud to share with you that many of our former students report to us that they feel well prepared for their college or technical school demands upon graduating from Dumont High School. One of our goals as a professional faculty is to continue to provide such an excellent foundation for all of our students.
In keeping with our mission, we offer our students unique learning opportunities like a state-of-the-art CAD program, courses such as "Tomorrow's Teachers", and on-line courses through our Virtual High School program.
