As our first week of classes comes to a close, I hope this update finds you and your family well. Our staff has been working diligently to provide enriching instructional experiences for our students during this Virtual-Only start, and I hope that thus far, your children are engaged and eager to continue their learning this year.
Currently, we are in the process of preparing to begin having students attend school in a hybrid format, on September 22 as previously communicated to our families. At this time, our PPE, with the exception of a few purchased items, has been delivered to the district. The district is also using this time to provide parents with the opportunity to collect their child’s belongings left in school at the end of the school year and to resolve a number of technology and instructional issues. This includes helping to ensure that all students have access to devices, and to help make our transition to the Hybrid model possible and successful.
We thank you for your continued patience and support as we work together to ensure that our students and staff return to learning in our schools under the most optimum conditions.
