Official Public Legal Notices
Pursuant to P.L. 2025, c.72, effective January 1, 2026, local governments (municipalities, counties, boards of education, and special districts) must publish public notices twice a month and effective March 1, 2026 must publish all legal notices on their respective organization website. The Dumont Public Schools/Dumont Board of Education will be utilizing it's website located at https://www.dumontnj.org/ as it's official online legal notice repository for free of charge access by the public.

At the annual Reorganization Meeting of the Dumont Board of Education, held on Thursday, January 8th, 2026 the following schedule of meetings were approved. The workshop sessions will be held at the David Dervitz Education Center, 25 Depew Street at 7:00 p.m., and its regular monthly public meetings will be held at the David Dervitz Education Center at 7:00 p.m., as noted in the following schedule. This is the annual notice of the year’s regular meeting schedule according to the Open Public Meeting Act. Action may be taken at any of these meetings or work sessions.
